By the end of PG program the student will able to
• Skills in obtaining and interpreting relevant information from patients, parents/caregivers, laboratory data and other sources to deliver optimal patient centered care
• Newborn: Students are competent to demonstrate in giving newborn anticipatory guidance for the following issues:benefits of breastfeeding vs formula feeding for the newborn and motherParticipate actively in various workshops/seminars/journal clubs/demonstration in the allied departments, to acquire various skills for collaborative research.
• Contribute to society by imparting simplified Ayurvedicconcepts of Kaumarbhritya-Balrogar in understanding of health problems of children.
• Plan a research study and conduct basic and clinical systemic investigations.
• PSOs 1 Executive Skill: Interpersonal and Communicative Skills Graduates in Ayurveda will have an effective communication with patients, families, co-staff and community.
• PSOs 2 Responsibility - Providing age-appropriate anticipatory guidance about nutrition, behavior, immunizations, injury prevention and pubertal development.
• PSOs 3 Identify critical illness needing referral to tertiary centres.
