• To create awareness about the existence of an ICC committee, its members and mechanism of handling complaints among the faculty and students within the college campus.
• To provide an encouraging and supportive environment for women for reporting incidents of sexual harassment
• To ensure fair and timely resolution of complaints about sexual harassment.
• To provide counselling and support services to the victims within the campus.
