Procedure of Function

The committee members meet for a minimum of twice in a year and as needed to handle grievances.
• Ensure that all staff and students are aware of the anti-sexual harassment policies
• Complaints to be submitted in written for appropriate action to be taken
• After receiving the complaint, the committee members interview both parties and address complaints in a manner which is fair, timely and confidential
• A strict and clear documentation of the process should be maintained.
