• To regularly review the condition of the school infrastructure, utilities and equipments to ensure their adequacy
• All equipment/instruments in use should be free from any fault or defect and all repair work should be carried out to accepted standards by competent person(s).
• To plan for routine stock check which is monitored by the respective departments/labs
• Co-ordinate maintenance work with respective departments/labs.
• All breakdown of lab equipments is maintained by their respective department/ labs
• To bring to the notice of authority on any irregularities in the conditions of the infrastructure and facilities
• Those issues which don’t come under the scope of normal maintenance are reported through the committee to higher management.
• To Ensure cleanliness and neatness in the institute premises
