The committee works for resolving the complaints lodged by students. Any student with genuine grievance reaches the Grievance Redressal Committee by filling the details in Google form.
Once a complaint / grievance is received by Google form, Office administrator will notify Grievance Redressal Committee members by sending the formal letter or through email communication.
The Grievance Redressal Committee will investigate the complaint thoroughly and meetings will be conducted based on received inputs through relevant sources about the complaint.
The Grievance Redressal Committee will arrange hearing in presence of complainant and related persons (if applicable).
Depending on the seriousness of complaint under the guidance of Hon. Principal in consultation with other members and collective efforts by committee will tackle the complaints promptly with complete confidentiality.
The Grievance Redressal Committee will inform about action taken and resolution of complaint. But if a complaint / grievance is found invalid, then the complaint will be informed accordingly and penal action may be taken.
