Procedure of Functioning

  • The committee works for resolving the complaints lodged by students. Any student with genuine grievance reaches the Grievance Redressal Committee by filling the details in Google form.
  • Once a complaint / grievance is received by Google form, Office administrator will notify Grievance Redressal Committee members by sending the formal letter or through email communication.
  • The Grievance Redressal Committee will investigate the complaint thoroughly and meetings will be conducted based on received inputs through relevant sources about the complaint.
  • The Grievance Redressal Committee will arrange hearing in presence of complainant and related persons (if applicable).
  • Depending on the seriousness of complaint under the guidance of Hon. Principal in consultation with other members and collective efforts by committee will tackle the complaints promptly with complete confidentiality.
  • The Grievance Redressal Committee will inform about action taken and resolution of complaint. But if a complaint / grievance is found invalid, then the complaint will be informed accordingly and penal action may be taken.
