DY Patil Deemed to be University School of Pharmacy, Navi Mumbai (DYPUSOP) virtually celebrated “INDEPENDENCE DAY” on Sunday, 15th August 2021, in the presence of honorable Chief guest Lt. Cdr Yogesh Bhavsar. Total 109 staff and students attended the celebration. Dr. Rakesh Somani, Principal, DYPUSOP, addressed his thoughts regarding the special contribution of Freedom fighters emphasizing the importance of our nation & their work in developing the nation. Ms. Janhavi Shrinivasan (SYB Pharm) & Ms. Simran Rana (TYB Pharm) highlighted about Freedom, Freedom fighters & our responsibilities while delivering speeches. Ms. Sakshi Jalgaonkar (SYD Pharm) concluded by giving a vote of thanks. The event was successfully managed by Ms. Bhargavi Nimkar (SYB Pharm), Ms. Fariah Rizwani, Mr. Khush Jain (TYB Pharm, DYPUSOP).
