Functions of the committee

1. Planning for the improvement of infrastructure of the Institute, modernization of the laboratory, Research & Development and Institute Industry Interaction etc.
2. Planning and monitoring of various activities related to department such as conducting Symposium, Guest Lectures, Workshop, and National & International Conferences.
3. Planning of academic/co-curricular/extra-curricular activities for the forthcoming semester/academic year.
4. Monitoring the academic performance, training and placement of the students.
5. Planning and monitoring for Faculty development.
6. Approve the institution and department academic schedule/calendar and allocate relevant funds for implementation.
7. Discuss feedback analysis report of stakeholders and suggests corrective measures towards improvement of the Institution.
8. Overview the research and development activities of the college in each year and make suggestions for further improvements in this aspect.
The committee will submit a report by the end of each academic year summarizing accomplishments, major issues discussed, and recommendations, if any, for special charges or changes to the charge. The committee is composed of the Head of the Institute, Sr. Faculty member, an Associate Professor, Procurement officer/Manager and the Sr. Accountant of the college. These members can be reappointed.
