D.Y.Patil ,School of Management has always kept their alumni close to their working .The reunion happens annually and ex-students from all the batches are invited for this special occasion-union or Alumni meet which has been planned so that the engagement factor of the alumni is high.

School of management always wish that their alumni contribute in knowledge and engage to uplift the on-going batch. The alumni of School of Management is engaged in the knowledge building and sharing part of the institution. The alumni are involved in visiting lecture, guest lecture, BOS of the institute, MDP-Management development programme, Placements, Live projects, Internship projects.

They also hand hold students as to how to increase their skills for employability through training for aptitude test, technical test, how to face interviews through mock sessions .They are also contacted over the telephone and mail to understand if they wish to contribute to upgrade the syllabus.

The alumni along with the director and academic dean and placement head engage to understand what are the industry employment trends and how it needs to be inculcated.This relation also strengthens the alumni network and engages the institute with a better industry academia engagement.
