• The vision of this committee is to work towards creating an atmosphere that promotes equality, nondiscrimination and gender sensitivity as well as facilitate measures to create a work and study environment that is free of sexual harassment.

Mission
• The mission is to provide an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to understand the social and cultural constructions of gender that shapes the experiences of women and men in the society.

Goals
• To create an atmosphere that promotes equality, non-discrimination, and gender sensitivity among all the individuals that are associated with the University.

Objevtives
• To provide an integrated and interdisciplinary approach that enables the understanding of the social and cultural constructions of gender that shapes the experiences of women and men in society. The objective is to generate the awareness as well as regard to equality in law, social system and democratic activities.
