Every candidate is entitled to a window period of 30 days in which full refund is applicable on cancellation. (INR 2,000/-) get deducted on account of admin charges. For Undergraduate Admissions: For students who secure provisional admission before the declaration of class XII results, their window period commences from the date of declaration of class XIIth result of their respective board. For students who secure admission after the declaration of class XIIth result, their window period commences from the date of depositing the tuition fees.

The request for the same can be made via LMS, student will need to follow the below path:
Log in to LMS > Student Support > Service Request > Issuance of Bonafide
The Bonafide Certificate will take 10 – 15 working days to be printed and ready.
After registering for any program with Online a student will receive semester-wise self learning material (if applicable), recordings of online sessions, course presentations, session presentations and any additional reading material as shared by faculty if any.
Each subject carries a weight age of 100 marks. Here’re its components:
• Internal Assignment – 40 marks
• Term End Examination (Descriptive type questions) – 60 marks
To be eligible for being declared as “Pass” in any subject, a student is required to obtain on the aggregate of marks obtained in the Internal Assignment and Term End Examination taken together. Attempting both components is mandatory.
Path on LMS: Student Portal — Exams — Exams results — Pass/fail status
After the closure of the assignment submission due date, the assignments are sent to the faculty for evaluation.
Note: Since the assignment evaluation is done online by the faculty there is no concept of sharing the checked photocopy of the assignment.
Assignment questions are uploaded within the LMS under ‘Assignment Module’.
Note: For every exam cycle, a fresh set of assignment questions are uploaded. Students are expected to download the assignment paper and submit them after completion through the ‘Assignment Module’ on or before the last date announced by the University. Assignment submitted via email or a hard copy will not be accepted.
A candidate failing in one or more subjects in a semester is given up to 2% grace marks to enable him/her to pass the subject. Exam Results are declared after application of grace rule.
The results are generally declared within four to six weeks after the last date of term end examinations under the LMS.
To be eligible for the Re-Sit examinations, every student is expected to complete minimum of six months in a semester. Students who have not cleared the subjects as per the passing criteria are eligible for re-sit examinations. This is not for grade improvement.
Yes, the school believes in holistic growth and gives equal importance to extra curriculum activities. A few co-curricular activities – Debate society, Moot court committee, Model United Nations Committee, etc. The extracurricular activities at our school are cultural & sports activities. The students participate in several events, competitions & festivals.
Yes, internship is compulsory and credit based. The students have to complete 5 internships in their tenure. The linear progression of internship starts from NGOs to Trial Court, from Trial Court to High Court / Firms / Corporates and from High Court / Firms / Corporates to Supreme Court. School of Law provides internship assistance to learners as per their necessity.

A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in the examinations. Attendance of a student is calculated from the date of commencement of program or date of fee payment (whichever is later).
