• Preparation of perspective plan of the School of Engineeringy.
• Preparation of annual plans for research and extension.
• Monitoring the implementation of the plans.
• Preparation of reports to be released by the school based on the technologies developed by different faculties of the University.
• Performance evaluation of technologies released by the school.
• To advice tothe Chairman on policy matters, replies to questions raised in the legislature, etc.
• To create awareness of schemes / proposal among Members of Committee..
