The goal of Gender Sensitization committee is to sensitize and create awareness about gender justice among the academic and non-academic community.

Objectives

The main objectives of this cell are as follows:

• - To find out the areas where gender imbalance exists and the factors behind the gender imbalance.
• -To establish good gender balance in decision-making processes in all areas of the college activities.
• -To suggest measures for bridging the gender gap.
• -To foster gender equality in all the aspects of the college’s community.
• -To see the work and capacity for prevention of sexual harassment at the college.
