Abstract: New digital technologies are beginning to streamline the dental implant workflow, simplifying the delivery for the dental implant team. The magnetic mallet is a totally innovative instrument for dental and implant surgery, the main application of which are in maxillary sinus lift , in protocols of vertical and horizontal bone compaction or expansion and more generally , in all cases where the surgical hammer is normally used.
