The Second Part of the Webinar series was conducted on 25th August 2020. The topic of discussion was CBCT: THE THIRD DIMENSION TO ENDODIAGNOSIS- DO’S & DON’TS by Dr. Vasavi Santosh(Senior Professor of Oral Medicine & Radiology), a distinguished speaker.
This was attended by over 1000 participants; the webinar was live on zoom and on the Facebook page of DY Patil University Group. An insight was given into the specific clinical situations of endodontic problems that require the CBCT examination. Protocols & Recommendations given by societies like IAOMR, AAOMR, and ESE were discussed in detail in the webinar. An online poll was conducted to understand the queries about the topic which were then discussed by the speaker during the talk. The participants were enriched with the knowledge of when to & when not to use CBCT in Endodontics. The Moderator for this session was Dr.Sandeep Pagare, Co-ordinators were Dr. Hemant Bhutani & Dr. Kapil Gavand
