Pediatric Dentistry post graduate students won first prize for paper presentation at National PG Convention

Post Graduate Students of department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry of Deemed to be D. Y. Patil University School of Dentistry, attended the 18th Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry National PG Convention held on 7th , 8th and 9th April 2022 organized by the department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry of King George’s Medical University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Dr. Parnaja Valke (1 st MDS) won the 1 st prize for best poster presentation on the topic “Antimicrobial efficacy of Alstonia scholaris and Calotropis procera against Streptococcus mutans: an in vitro study,.” under the guidance of Dr. Indu Varkey (senior lecturer).
Dr. Chinmaya Chaudhary (1st MDS) won the 1st prize for best poster presentation on the topic “Herbal medicine has a medical past. Can it have a big dental future?” under the guidance of Dr. Mansi Baviskar (Professor).
