Management of avulsed anterior tooth in a 10 year old patient

RE-IMPLANTATION ALONG WITH SPLINTING OF 21
A 10-year-old male patient reported to the Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, D.Y Patil University, School of Dentistry, Navi Mumbai, Nerul with a chief complain of fallen tooth due to trauma with an extra oral dry time of 18 hours.
On examination, avulsion with respect to 21 was seen.
For the treatment of the same, intentional extraoral root canal was performed followed by re-implantation of the tooth in its socket and splinting from 13 to 23 using composite and ligature wire was done.
The splint was removed after 3 weeks and has been undergoing follow up evaluations for the same.
