Procedure of Committee
The ICC works in close coordination with the Anti-sexual harassment and Gender Sensitization committee. The committees meet at least twice every academic year. There is regular conduction of awareness programs in addition to the annual Gender audit for faculty and students and the Gender sensitivity and equity orientation sessions. Most of the activities of ICC are planned and conducted by duly appointed Gender Champions in close coordination and guidance of the rest of the ICC which is comprised of senior members of staff.
On the receipt of any concern, the committee works along with the Anti-sexual harassment committee to provide a hearing, guidance, and counseling to the complainant, facilitate complaint filing and coordinate the redressal process as per government norms.
