The Anti-sexual Harassment Committee works in close coordination with the Internal Complaints Committee. The committees meet at least twice every academic year or on the reception of a complaint.
The committee deliberates over and ensues the installation and functioning of measures to facilitate the mechanisms of reception and redressal of complaints. Creation and dissemination of awareness material and outreach programs are organized in coordination with the Internal Complaints Committee and with the involvement of the Gender Champions.
On the receipt of any concern, the committee is entitled to provide a hearing, guidance, and counseling to the complainant, facilitate complaint filing and coordinate the redressal process as per government norms.
