• To set goals and prepare action plan to achieve the goals.
• Timely and efficient execution of the decisions of IQAC committee.
• Preparation of meeting reports
• Preparation and timely submission of Annual quality assurance reports (AQAR)
• To develop, implement, monitor benchmarks/standards and/or targets for all areas of activity viz. teaching, learning, research and administration.
• To provide mechanisms for feedback from students and other stakeholders in order to improve services.
• Undertake human resource management initiatives and organize professional development programs.
