Title of event: Free Health check up Camp
Organized By - Camp was organized by Swasthavritta & Yoga department to celebrate under the banner of “Har Din Har Ghar Ayurveda”.
Date of the Activity - 08/05/2023 from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.
Venue of the event: Ganesh Mandir, Near ChincholiTalav, Shiravne, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
Details of student participants: Dr.Jyoti Birajdar, Dr.Chirag Suchak PG students, & Intern Dr. Yogin Karande were participated in the camp.
Details of teacher participants: Dr.Mangala Wange, Professor & HOD Swasthavritta & Yoga had participated in the camp.
Objective of event:
Providing Health care service to the community, awareness regarding Hygiene and prevention of Diseases. Also exposure of health care service to the students Activities conducted in the event:
• General Health Check up camp was conducted.
• In the camp, general health examination of the patients along with Blood pressure and weight, height measurements were done.
• Ayurvedic medicines were dispensed to patients according to the ailments.
• Advice regarding the changes to be done in their dietary and daily regimens was given to all patients.
• The participants were informed about Ayurvedic hospital facilities.
Remarks of the organizers of the events:
Response was good in the camp. Total 40 Patients were benefitted from the camp.
