Create social awareness about the problems of women and in particular regarding gender discrimination. Encourage participation of working in the area of women’s development in the activities of the Cell.
Organize seminars, workshops for creating general awareness and orientation of students, teachers, and non-teaching staff for their active and sustained participation in the activities of Cell.
Organize various types of training programs and create awareness about self-employment schemes for the encouragement of self-reliance among women.
Provide overall guidance through group discussions and debates.
Organize guest lectures etc. from notable personalities in the field of women empowerment.

Celebrate International Women’s Day on 08th March of every year.
Conduct gender awareness programs at the time of orientation of students by engaging Students to prepare charts and posters on Gender Sensitization, Women Empowerment admitted every year in the month of August/ September.
Conduct gender awareness programs for the employees during the training organized every year in the month of September/October.
Organize women empowerment programs like (Counselling, training sessions) once in a year in the month of November.
Conduct the Programs in the nearby community to sensitize gender equality at least once in a year in the month of December.
Organize a seminar or interactive sessions by an eminent speaker for creating awareness against Gender Biasness, Domestic Violence among students and employees once in a year.
