The procedures of functioning are as follows:
• The international students are oriented about the functioning of the committee at the time of their orientation.
• They are introduced to each and every member of the committee.
• In case of any grievances the international students are required to give it in writing to any committee member.
• The grievances are heard by the committee members and corrective action is taken to resolve the issue.
• The suggestion boxes are placed at all the prominent places in the campus wherein the students are asked drop their suggestions.
