Procedure of Committee

1) Provision of compliant box in the patient care areas.

2) Display of grievance redressal mechanism in prominent areas .

3) Display of important telephone/ mobile number like Medical & Health Officer In charge, Lady Doctor, Pharmacist.

4) Procedure of filing the complaint to Grievance committee: For patients-Patients can address complaints in their own language through writing or email to Matron/AO/Dy.M.S/Grievance Committee members/Chairperson

5) For staffs: Staffs can disclose complaints in their own language through writing or email to Matron/AO/Dy. M. S. /Grievance Committee members/Chairperson

6) These complaint boxes are opened periodically by Committee members once in a week. If any complaint found, it is recorded in the complaint register maintained by Grievance Committee & then it shall be forwarded to the concern committee for further action. It will be submitted to the Grievance Committee & remaining procedure shall be carried out. Concern committee will investigate, interrogate same, where-in final report will be submitted to Dean. The issue shall be discussed and resolved. A proper training shall be instructed to the alleged and complainant, with redresses on the issue.
