The School of Occupational Therapy was established in 2001, under MUHS, under the astute vision and guidance of Padmashree D. Y. Patil Sir and has continued to flourish under the leadership of Dr. Vijay Patil Sir. Since 2013, The School of Occupational Therapy is functioning under the DY Patil Deemed to be University.

Our educational programs offer a solid foundation of Occupational Therapy and promise a hands-on learning experience. We use case studies, experiential learning, role-plays, and simulations to enrich the classroom learning experiences of our students. Additionally, students are encouraged to participate in conferences and various student-driven activities organized on campus.
